How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
3. We confirm within 24 hours and refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@velushe.com. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
